Acting as a travel agent, the travelling public will pass your details on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements, whether they are in the EEC or not, such as airlines, and tour operators.

This is necessary to complete your travel booking.

When you pass your booking to us, you agree that we may use and transfer your personal information, but only for the purpose mentioned above.

We will never send you or anyone else marketing, special offers etc.

When you have asked us to, we will hold the following information securely.

Your full names and dates of birth.

Where you have asked us to help you check-in or assist with a visa – we will hold your passport details.

Your contact information including email address, postcode and phone numbers.

Because we will never email, write by post or call you for marketing purposes, we have no reason to keep any other information.

We only hold information you give to us, so that we can make your reservations quickly without asking you to repeat all of your details again and again.

Internal record keeping.

We do not have a database, so no one can break into our system as we do not have one.

The little Information you ask us to keep on file is kept safely in a locked cabinet.
